The worst 35.I’ve worn beaded extensions for about 4 years. The tape protectors had been misplaced when I received my order. And now im out $1000.
And they don’t guarantee their colour match service either..so What’s the point if this service if it can’t be trusted.
I have fine hair and these blend well. And now im out $1000. She said she’d tried calling the company and emailing them and they said they wouldn’t do an exchange.
However, she wasn’t worried about the price, so I decided to go ahead with the purchase too.Over the years, I have tried many different hair extension companies and have written product and brand reviews for many of these companies too. As someone who orders a lot of products online I realize that mistakes are made when shipping, the difference is that most companies are accountable for these mistakes and allow you to return the item without being treated like garbage.I feel that the customer service for this company is atrocious to the point that I would never order from them again. But there are no mention of that! WHY WOULD I LOOSE MONEY SENDING THEM BACK! Considering that my order total was around $140, I found it unbelievable that I had to pay an extra 50 percent off my order to DHL in order to receive my order.To make things worse, the prices on the website were listed in USD. !This is a scam rip-off company. Never again!Their extensions are over processed and garbage. So, instead of experimenting with other types of hair extensions, I purchased a set of tape in extensions. I have chocolate hair and they sent purple. You get what you pay for! I have used them even after the changes and the hair seems to be getting a little cheaper. They don’t colour. 100% will buy again.I brought the glam seamless hair extensions 2 weeks ago and still havent received them sfter paying $58 postage which is way to expensive.. I’m hoping the hair will be ok.After the first wash, the tapes started coming loose.

I upgraded to their invisible weft which is supposed to be better quality. Once installed properly by a professional, they last you for a good long time and if purchased from a good, reputable vendor, you can expect good hair quality.
