I halved the recipe and made them using about 1.4 lbs of meat. Best burger ever!I found this recipe by sheer chance, certainly the best steakhouse burgers ever. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.Made them tonight. I threw all the ingredients for the panade in the blender before adding to the meat and this was easier for me. They were delicious!
